Directions to Camp Conrad from Orange County

First of all, do not use  the 210 / 330.  Do not go to Big Bear Lake.  (It will take you about two hours out of your way.)

  1. Take Interstate 10 East towards Banning

  2. After passing Highway 30, exit to Orange Ave.  Turn Left

  3. Travel about a half mile and turn right on Lugonia Street (Highway 38)

  4. Stay on Highway 38 for about 28 miles go past the Jenks Lake West turn off.

  5. About a half mile past the Barton Flats Ranger Station turn right at Jenks Lake East.

  6. Follow Jenks Lake East for about a mile or so.  Look for the Camp Conrad-Chinnock sign on the right side of the road.

  7. The road is unpaved and in rather poor condition.  You will finally get to use that 4-wheel drive.

~ Cell Phones Reception is very poor. ~
