Please remember that the Cooperative Extension staff is responsible for the coordination of all conference / meeting rooms available at the Orange County Cooperative Extension (OCCE) office, as well as the facilities provided by the Orange County Fair. If you wish to use any of these facilities you can make a reservation simply by calling Mary Ann, at 714-708-1607 or via email at macharles@ucdavis.edu. She will be happy to reserve the room for you and arrange to have your meeting posted to the website calendar.
