Cake Decorating

Meeting Day & Time:  1st Friday, from 6-8pm at the Schrieber Home.

Cake Decorating is a project open to all members.  You will bake and frost your cake at home before the meeting.  Bring it and learn many techniques for decorating and using different tips to make interesting, fun cakes.

You will buy and bring the tips, frostings and any tools for cake decorating that you want or we need for the month cake.  Wilton sales at Michaels are often a good time to buy supplies.  Wal-Mart may also be a good source.

The book we will use for the class is by Wilton and is called Cake Decorating - Beginner's Guide - Step-by-Step Instructions.  I will not be buying any for you.  You may check the price at Michaels or Wal-Mart if you wish, or any other place of your choice.  This is a new book with nice ideas for us to try during the year.

Cost for this year will be $3 for a notebook, $3.50 for the Wilton book, plus cakes, frosting, and decorative tips.
