2021-2022 Adult Enrollment Instructions

Steps for Adult Enrollment

1. Complete the Volunteer Interest Survey (new volunteers only)

2. Enroll in the new 4Honline 2.0 Enrollment System

New families should create a new family profile and then add family members individually.

Returning families should use their existing 4Honline profile as data has been migrated from the old system. Please do not create a new family profile as duplicates will be deleted from the system and you will have to start over again.

ALL adult leaders should designate ALL volunteer roles at the time of enrollment!

Be sure to include all projects you will be leading or co-leading and any other roles such as committee or event chair.

3. complete mandatory volunteer training
a. 4-H Volunteer Training
Choose New or Returning Volunteer Training from Returning volunteers should use your existing profile; new volunteers will need to create a profile. 
NOTE: If you are returning from a break in 4-H service, please contact the county office to see if you qualify for a one-time exception to volunteer approval procedures.
b. COVID-19 Mitigation Training & Acknowledgment
As required by the state office, all adult leaders (and including all Teen Project Leaders) must complete this COVID-10 Training & Acknowledgment before you will be approved as a volunteer
4. Current LiveScan must be on file with the Office of Risk Management
If you were active as a volunteer last year, your LiveScan is still on file. New volunteers will need to check with your Club Leader for details. Some volunteers returning after a COVID-related break in service may qualify for a one-time exception. Please contact the county office.
5. Project Leaders must update their project information
As a result of changes in project options in 4Honline 2.0. All Project Leader should submit this Project Planning Guide & Syllbus 2021-2022 - fillable  using this SURVEY before your project can be added to your club's project list.
